Tracking is done directly from the personal space on France Titres. A file number is assigned as soon as the request is validated, and the status evolves throughout the processing. The sending is done by secure mail to the address listed on the registration certificate.
If the address on the registration certificate is no longer up to date, you must first change the address before requesting the duplicate. The two procedures cannot be merged into a single request on the platform.
